I can type 60 words per minute and I already have a conducive working area to work with at home and I can assure you that there would be no background noise that will be heard if given the chance that I’ll be working with you. I also have Ryzen 5 Personal Computer and a backup of Ryzen 7 Laptop that both have all the Tools (Microsoft, Google apps, etc.) needed and a stable internet connection with up to 200 MBPS speed. Most especially, I also have a Portable Generator that I can use whenever there's a power interruption in our area. Moving forward, I can dedicate more than 40 hours a week to your company.
I previously worked as an IDX Specialist in a real estate-based company in California. As an IDX Specialist, my job was to manage the automation of syncing of listings on the clients' account. I was able to create map outlines for different neighborhoods in the USA. And I was also responsible in reaching out to client and to different MLS vendors, through email whenever there are different concerns such as sending of IDX Approval documents and invoice for their monthly MLS subscription, following up of signatures for different new MLS feed request and for getting their Agent IDs which are needed for integration of MLS to their websites. From my previous work experience, I was able to develop resourcefulness and patience because sometimes, not all information that you needed are available. For example, in order for me to reach out client or MLS, I will be needing their emails which are sometimes not available on their Onboarding documents. So if ever, I encounter that kind of scenario, I will try to look for their emails to every possible reliable sources available in the internet, such as LinkedIn, their social media accounts, and from different brokerage websites. Whenever I have all the information that I needed, I will reach out to client through FrontApp or Gmail.
I previously worked in an Australian-based company as an Administrative Assistant, that mainly focused in Property Management. My main role is to process/create supplier invoices for property owners and tenants. This job is done by entering of invoice details in our in-house Property Management platform. As an Administrative Assistant, I am also in-charge in monitoring shared mailbox in Microsoft Outlook and responding to received emails that are sent by our suppliers and different contact persons such as Property Managers, Tenants, IT-technicians, and other contact persons.
