I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I was working at a hotel in Cagayan de Oro City but as of today the hotel is in closure.
As an sales account manager, my responsibility is to communicate well with my clients in order for me to get their loyalty and make sure that our deal is successfully implemented.
My tasks are to make contracts, banquet event orders, offer letters or proposals, make a report, make an appointment with clients, meeting with clients and monitoring my events and making sure that it has been handled very well. All these need to be done in one day for 8 hours. I am not saying for only one contract but a bunch of contracts, offer letters, BEOs, and meetings a day for 6 days a week.
Aside from that I am good at using Microsoft Excel and Word.
