I've worked with a reputable BPO company for over 3 years. I started as a Senior Case Specialist-HR Professional, which handles escalated/complicated HR concerns such as payroll, benefits, employee data management, and other related HR inquiries. I was then promoted to Associate Team Lead and eventually to 1st Line Operations Manager, both in HR related accounts.
I have also worked in a Contact Center Company for almost 5 years in which I learned to provide superior and quality customer support.
I have excellent data entry skills and I am a highly dedicated professional. I have good knowledge of the English language and well-versed with Microsoft Office.
