As currently working as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry, first, I am a Facebook chat support agent that's handling our customer inquiries and problems in our account/application. Second, I become an outbound call agent that's solving customer inquiries and problem through a phone call. Now, I am a Support agent that handling complex problems of customers that the chat/outbound call agent escalated to us. As a support agent, I directly sending an email to our client to ask for the solution and even asking for the reversal of money (fintech account).
