I've worked with a total of 3 contact centers before finally deciding to do freelance work. I've worked as a Technical Support Representative then as a Fault Manager after about 6 months for an ISP based in UK. I've also worked in a B2B Healthcare Account. Lastly, I've worked as a Financial Advisor for a bank based in the US.
I've studied to get an Associate degree in Information and Communications Technology. I'm tech-savvy - I know my way around computers both in software and hardware aspects. I'm knowledgeable in Word Processing softwares like MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint specifically). I also have light knowledge in programming, web designing and graphics designing.

I see myself as a reliable person. I'm competitive at most times - I always aim to get the best results in almost everything that I do. I am time-sensitive - I make sure to finish the tasks given within the allowed time. I consider myself fluent in the English language, both orally and written.
If I don't meet the required skill set for a job, I am very much willing to be trained as I do have a firm belief that practice makes
I am willing to work in a flexible schedule, under light supervision. I can do both full time and part time, but I prefer to work part time as I also want to make sure I get to spend quality time with my family.
