Within four months after being hired, my whole team was requested to become a part of the Case Managers pool, who would be answering more complex issues that handles cases that requires immediate attention like being locked out of their rented space, host or guest conflicts and unresponsiveness. This enabled me to provide more personal input to the situation, which required me to act with the thinking that, what if this happened to me or to someone close to me? How can I help them with all the resources that are within my means? In situations where another person's experience is being compromised, I have the mindset to make sure to act in a way that will not make the consumer lose their trust with the company providing their needs, whether it be immediate or not. I have stayed with this company for a whole year before deciding to try another endeavor, which is Homebased jobs.
