I took a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines Baguio. I was a working student and worked after school hours as a tutor to Korean nationals. - Web Assist Customer Service Representative (website assistance and troubleshooting)
- Sales Core Agent (answered customer inquiries about the different student loans and processed applications over the phone)
- Servicing Specialist (assisted customer with the servicing of their accounts such as payment, deferment, and forbearance processing)
- Delinquent Accounts Resolution Specialist (provided account resolutions to avoid delinquencies)
- Account Escalations Specialist (assisted and acted as a floor supervisor for Tier 1 agents)

In a sense, I was able to oversee the Originations of a student loan to the Servicing and Collections.

I was also assigned administrative tasks by my supervisor to assist him in managing our team where I did the following:
