A  champion  for  Customer  Service  for over 6 years, results-driven Lead Generation Specialist for over 5 years, over a year of Real Estate Virtual Assistance.

Zero complaints from customers handled being a customer service representative for a  Financial  Services  Account in the  Business  Process Outsourcing  (BPO)  industry for over  5  years and as a  Reservation  Sales  Specialist for almost  2 years in the  Hospitality industry.  An enthusiast for  Customer  Experience  Satisfaction through different communication channels  (e.g. phone,  email,  and live chat)  with strong communication and problem-solving skills. 

A  great team player who can offer assistance to colleagues and does not hesitate to seek assistance from others,  if needed,  but can also work independently with very minimal supervision.  An experienced agent with a  “can-do”  attitude that constantly looks for solutions and does not shy away from difficult customers. 



I took a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of the Philippines Baguio. I was a working student and worked after school hours as a tutor to Korean nationals. I stopped attending school in 2008 due to financial constraints and dUpgrade to see actual info to apply for my first formal job. I went back to school after working for more than 5 years and finally graduated in 2014.

I first started working part-time as an Email Contact Support (eRep) at PeopleSupport (Philippines) Inc. for a project-based position for a flower shop company in the United States. Later on, I was absorbed for a full-time job by the same company for a Financial account (one of the largest student loan provider in the United States), where I experienced these positions:
- Web Assist Customer Service Representative (website assistance and troubleshooting)
- Sales Core Agent (answered customer inquiries about the different student loans and processed applications over the phone)
- Servicing Specialist (assisted customer with the servicing of their accounts such as payment, deferment, and forbearance processing)
- Delinquent Accounts Resolution Specialist (provided account resolutions to avoid delinquencies)
- Account Escalations Specialist (assisted and acted as a floor supervisor for Tier 1 agents)

In a sense, I was able to oversee the Originations of a student loan to the Servicing and Collections.

I was also assigned administrative tasks by my supervisor to assist him in managing our team where I did the following:
- made reports and sent our daily KPI scores
- sent daily reminders
- sent client updates
- listened to my colleagues' calls for Quality Assurance Evaluation
- provided coaching to my colleagues to improve call handling procedures.

I also became a Peer Trainer/Training Intern under the Peer Training Program of our company where:
- I worked with the Training Leads and Managers in delivering client-specific knowledge and updates to the agents
- I did administrative tasks (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, attendance logs)
- I coordinated with the Team Manager, Supervisors, and Workforce Management in scheduling training classes

When I went back to school, I presented my thesis proposal to relevant people of some government agencies such as the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Baguio City Engineering Office, and Environmental Management Bureau (EMB). This experience reinforced my ability to make presentations.

I've also worked in the hospitality industry through the InterContinental Hotels Group where:
- I handled hotel room bookings, cancellations, and answered customer inquiries via phone call and chat
- I served as customer support and acted as a liaison between the physical hotel and the customer
- I made seamless sales pitches for other products and services

I eventually dUpgrade to see actual info to work remotely in 2016 with Clarus Designs (a company based in San Francisco, California) as a Lead Generation Specialist and later became a Senior Lead Generation Expert where I assisted new employees with their lead generation projects.
