After I graduated from Business Studies, I was immediately got hired by a BPO company (AEGIS People Support) that trained me to be a Customer Service Representative. I acted as a Phone banker who answer inquiries
from clients of the largest bank in America - JP MorganChase. I was recruited by another BPO company (Sykes Asia) to work for an American Wireless provider ( AT@T) as a Customer Service & Tech. Support Representative. A year after I transferred to the biggest BPO in the Philippines - Convergys Corporation. They offered me almost twice the pay of my previous employer. I got into a what they call a hybrid account (SPRINT) , an American Wireless provider. I handled Customer Service, Retention,Chat, Technical Support, and SALES jobs. I worked in a fast environment where performance matters most. Out of all that I experienced, what I loved most is the Sales Job, because even after an exhausting day of work I always felt fulfilled and on the back of my mind I knew that once pay-day come brings lots of money.
