I am a Transaction coordinator which assist the Agents and Transaction Managers with their request like opening escrow, entrering contact details, ordering condominium/association documents, Docusign and uploading documents in the file. 

I have 6 years experience in a title company in Hawaii as a Virtual processing specialist or Escrow processor. Entering all buyer, seller, listing/selling agents and lender information in the Upgrade to see actual infotting up title insurance premium. Other tasks includes ordering title products, reviewing preliminary reports, uploading contracts and sending opening letters via email and docusign. Entering fees and assisting escrow officers with their requests. Was able to call different managing agents, payoff lenders, and tax Upgrade to see actual infotail oriented and keen to Upgrade to see actual infoeting the deadlines. Flexible and can do Upgrade to see actual infon easily adopt with new environment. Proficient with Microsoft Upgrade to see actual infon work on different CRMs. Willingness to study new applications. Fast learner. Did quality assurance to other processor's work. Trained new employees.
