I have been working as an Executive Virtual Assistant for more than 8 years to mostly Real Estate Brokerage and Insurance Agencies, managing Upgrade to see actual info regional sites via Facebook pages and Facebook groups. I do other administrative tasks such as but not limited to:? Organize communication via emails and phone calls? Calendar management /scheduling? Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.? Gather and Validate leads from the back-end of our website (KVcore, Eedge and Boomtown facilitated site), also other lead sites such as Trulia, Zillow, Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info & Upgrade to see actual info.? File Maintenance in Boomtown, Hubspot, Kvcore and/or via google spreadsheets and keep online records.? Email Management/Filtering ( Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Boomtown).? Follow-up Nurtured leads on all Qualified Appointments by call, text, & email.? Contact and verify lead's information and further address their specific intricacies when it comes to buying/selling a house and most especially having us as their buyer’s / seller’s agent.?  Set appointments for ready, able, and willing buyers/ sellers and clients from Insurance. Real Estate buyer and seller leads (pre-qualified leads only)
I also manage, and update Wix, Wordpress websites and a few other social media sites such as Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. I have created and designed numerous logos, banners, posters, virtual tours, and listing presentations as well.I have unmatched attention to detail, with strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills while maintaining a creative and out-of-the-box mentality.
