I'm a motivated individual with over 6 years of Customer Service experience and a Virtual admin assistant. I am a professional Admin support who is enthusiastic about my work. I've worked with clients professionally from a variety of businesses for over 6 years. I love to learn new things and am willing to be trained. I professionally worked for Amazon, AT&T, and T-Mobile as a Customer Service Specialist. 

I have a set of skills that are available to become an effective top-notch customer service specialist and Virtual assistant like communication, email, and chat support. I can provide admin tasks, data entry, communication skills, and writing, researching, etc. 

I've attended extensive training for Customer service support roles and I have learned skills in becoming a Virtual assistant in a continuous self-learning process by attending Webinars for Virtual Assistant Training.
