-Job Description:
-Prepares Architectural Drawings for Buildings and houses.-Prepares Shop Drawing of RCBC, Drainage, Roads and Bridges. -Prepares Cross section plans of Roads and Highways-Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.-Revises drawings based on instructions from Engineers or Architects.-Reviews Engineering data to ensure compliance with the original design plans.-Adjust current drawings and recommend changes based on understanding and knowledge of the project.-Prepares plans for Site Engineers and Survey Team-Prepares coordinates for lay out of Survey Team-Prepares As-stake, Asbuilt plans and Shop Drawings for Consultant and DPWH-Coordinate to DPWH and Consultant regarding revisions of the shop drawings.-Prepares Daily Report of the Project-Prepares Progress Billing -Prepares Monthly Report-Attends meeting with DPWH and Consultant-Site Visit to the Project-Prepares pert CPM and PDM of the project-Perform Quantity Calculations -Estimate quantity of RSB , and Concrete for the project
