I am a Registered Architect and a seasoned Project Construction Manager with more than 15 years of experience in actual project execution and supervision of vertical and horizontal projects; delivering tenders, quantity surveying and estimating on wide range of small and large scale buildings, interior fit-outs, civil engineering, architectural works, & electro-mechanical works
Extensive knowledge in Project and Construction Management as a whole
to deliver project within time, quality and within a given budget.
Experienced in Engineering Operations, Property Management and Development.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and other software for drawing- AUTOCAD. Knowledgeable also in SKETCHUP and ADOBE Applications.
For online work, I can do design drawings and details thru softwares like Autocad and Sketchup; I can do quantity surveying and take-off; I can do planning, scheduling works as well.
