28 years of age and an expert Customer Service Specialist for 8 years now and currently in a Trainer position. As I work in the BPO industry, I'm experienced in generating reports by doing data analysis and also with audio/call transcription. Creating a presentation has been one of our task too where we usually integrate our reports through Powerpoint Presentation.
As a Mass Communication graduate, I'm skilled in research works, content writing, and we've been exposed to video editing that helped me apply it to my job in doing AVPs.
Furthermore, as most of the people are staying at home during this challenging time, this has given me the opportunity to explore new avenues to learn different skills in line with Virtual Assistance where I managed to undergo several online training in Social Media Marketing on how to boost client's account through content creation and efficient strategic planning. E-commerce is another thing to add as my new learning in terms of dropshipping.
In line with my current occupation, I achieved customer service and quality goals, positively impacting business performance. Honed in managing groups, setting goals, and helping out delivering continuous improvement.
Helping people in seeking resolution and ability to build good relationships and educate customers, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and commendation are the things that I genuinely enjoyed with my job.
