My first training ground is with McDonalds, I worked as a Party Host for 6 years. Here I have developed my communication and people skills. After McDonalds, I then applied as a Call Center agent so from flipping burger patties to headsets, this where I really started becoming as a professional.
Being in customer service industry for amost 8 years, I have developed a lot of skills that helped me pull through different challenges.
