Digital Marketing Strategist

Though I was born and raised in the Philippines, English was taught to me as the first language in our household. I was able to further improve my speaking and writing skills as I studied, and eventually worked. I also have experience directly coordinating with international clients, majority of which communicate with American English.

I have over 4 years of customer support experience, ranging from non-voice (email and SMS) to voice, and even face-to-face customer support. I am also proud to mention that I have experience dealing with irate customers, as well as young children and seniors; customer that require extra patience to effectively communicate with.

Often working on video projects since high school, video editing began more as a hobby for me, but eventually I was able to apply it when needed in the work setting, specifically for various marketing materials.
