- Act as a mediator between the top management and to the salespersons with regards to their concerns (salary and benefits)- Conduct trade check from time to time to be aware of the latest activities of competitors
- Implement store events to attract more customers and to achieve high sales- Determine to finish the task as per instructed- Dedication and honest  to company
