Profile Description

I've been helping international students with their health insurance enrollment since 2018. I also communicate with university officers in the US, as well as agencies for their plan inquiries or enrollment in our plans. With a focus on the customer service side of the insurance sales cycle, I manage and nurture customer relationships, and lead all client communications. My responsibility includes responding to customer inquiries, explaining coverage and premiums, and helping international students with their benefits and claims concerns. I work closely with the rest of the team to enable ongoing and future sales or renewals. I was also in business research and analysis prior to joining my current job for 7 years. And another 7 years in the HDD manufacturing company.
