Am able to generate through aggressive prospecting and networking. Successful in closing sales, working with clients needs and developing long term relationships with clients. I’ve been in the industry for almost 6 years since I graduated from college. The tasks that I do as a Real Estate Broker are:

- Strategically Prospecting through
Cold Calling, Text blasting, Email blasting, Mall and Site Manning and in addition, through Social Media Accounts such as FacebookPage and Linked In.
- Setting of Appointments or Site Trippings
- Making Personalized Presentations for each Clients
-Doing Project Presentations
-Organizing database in Excel and Updating records.
- Portfolio Selling of Projects from Residential Condominium, Residential Lots, Commercial lots and Office Space.
-Attend to the needs of the Client and Negotiate.
- Building a Relationship with Marketing Partners abroad (China, Japan, US)
- After Sales Customer Support
Aside from my experience as a Real Estate Broker. I also have experiences with Administrative Jobs such as Email Management, Calendar Management, Internet Research, Data Entry, Social Media, Email Marketing, Transcription, File management, Lead Generation, Microsoft Office, Real Estate Coordination, and Customer Service.
