I am a professional Architect who is offering a full-scale service for Architectural Design, it can be in 2D or 3D output. I can also assist you from space planning, conceptualization, contract document phase and other post production presentations. 

I can also do cost estimate for preparation of bill of materials and other documents intended for submission at Local Government Unit and reference for materials take off. 

My other service that I would like to offer is my skills in Project Management, I have been in a design and construction company for almost 8 years and my experience there would greatly contribute in managing different task as a Virtual Assistant. I can do project coordination at the convenience of my working place. I can manage different documentation task from creating report, PowerPoint presentations, project scheduling, graphic design arrangements and project scheduling.  Being organize and accurate in details will be guaranteed on my service, I always make it a point to provide quality output and timeliness in delivery.
