My first job was at a Call Center Company giving out Directory Listings. I was a bilingual agent, for Spanish and English. Weekly, at random, they record our calls and check for quality. I got, and I am proud to say, 100% Quality Assistance for nine straight weeks! It was from my first week on the call floor to the ninth week. Unfortunately my team manager was always out to get me! And he succeeded in kicking me out of the company.
In my second job I worked as a customer service representative/technical support agent for a television cable account. The training was long and hard but fun even though we did not have a very conducive working space. From a class of 45 we were down to 24 by the time we finished the training. I stayed for 6months but I had to give up working because I had to come home since we had a family emergency.
