I have more than 8 years of work experience on various positions such as Customer Service Representative, Retention Specialist, Administrative assistant, and a Channel and Ambassador Manager. In my working years I proved to be efficient, reliable, hardworking and a quick learner. I can say I'm intermediate when it comes to Microsoft office applications. I'm also good with navigating GSuite and I'm familiar with WordPress, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. I have basic skills with navigating AscendTMS, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Trello, and FreshDesk as well. I also familiarized myself with doing basic billing and auditing too. With this, I believe I became an asset to the companies that I worked for because I kept learning new things that can help both me and the company. I also learned skills that are essential and viable for work like working independently and working with a team. I continuously hit company targets and personal goals both for short term and long term Upgrade to see actual infot only did I pulled it off working independently but I also managed to handle a team of my own for a short period of time. I believe I will be of great help to make sure success is met for the years to come.
