Profile Description

As a manager and virtual assistant, I have worked side-by-side with the CEO and/or artist in accomplishing administrative tasks to support a team. Handling of administrative projects while delivering high quality. The scope of these tasks range from responding to emails and phone calls from clients, scheduling meetings, book training sessions, managing the client contact list, preparation of both customer spreadsheets and their online records (data entry), organization of calendars, assisting or answering inquiries employee administrative inquiries and to provide excellent customer support and CRM.
