I have more than 4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant in a drop shipping, online and retail company in Australia. We were trained to do a lot of administrative tasks to become flexible and can multitask to be more effective and productive. I worked as a buyer's assistant in a clothing, gift and homes category where I helped my managers in various administrative tasks. Most of the time, I communicate with the suppliers through email about new orders, shipping and anything related to the new and existing POs. I also checked packing lists, invoices, product inventories, update prices, track incoming stocks and other tasks to help my manager's work easier. During the pandemic, most of our stores closed and that's the time we started Dropshipping. I uploaded new items to the website through dropshipping apps like Oberlo, DSers, and Shopify. I also helped our customer service team in checking an order status. I have a close contact with the local suppliers regarding their products, concerns and assist them through the Multivendor app.
I have 5 years experience in the customer service field. Through the years, I gained a lot of customer experience and was given an opportunity for a higher position. I was trained as an assistant to a team leader then became a supervisor apprentice for more than a year.
