With my 5 yrs of experience, I have assisted different customers, so I believe my experience can help me do my work successfully and provide the client's needs and satisfaction.

My experience as a Customer Service Representative helped me to be more patient, to be a good listener, to be a problem-solver, how to emphathize and improved my communciation skills. 

After working in the BPO industry, I started my VA career last 2021 and my first role was a General VA for a real estate business. 
My task were:
1. cold email and SMS
2. social media prospecting
3. warm calling
4. appointment setting
5. email management
6. data entry

My first client dUpgrade to see actual info to focus on studying so dUpgrade to see actual info to pause his business. So I moved forward and applied as an Amazon Product Researcher for over a year.

5. honey and 
6. other tools needed to find a profitable products that can be sold on Amazon. 

The market I have sourced were UK and US market. I like sourcing beauty and health, toys, DIY tools, pet supplies, and groceries. 

When I resigned as an Amazon Product Researcher, I started working for a credit repair business for 10 months.
My tasks were
1. creating letters for dispute,
2. filing complaint on CFPB website,
3. monitoring responses,
4. updating google drive and google sheet.
