I'm Upgrade to see actual info but you can call me "Yani" and thank you for visiting my profile!

I am an expert in customer service because I have almost 4 years of experience in this field. I've was part of 3 different BPO companies before I dUpgrade to see actual info to go on Freelancing. I've was a customer account manager in  AT&T, Verizon, and a level 2 support for Quickbooks. Lastly, I worked for Quantified Media as email support. 

 As an Administrative Assistant, I am  knowledgeable in performing the following tasks:
1.  fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors
2. creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing
3. Scheduling meetings and appointments. 
4. email management
5. social media management

My skill as an Admin Assistant has been polished because of my job as a Real-Time Analyst. I can relate to the task since I also do reporting and manage people.
