• Screen applicants, scheduled and conducted interviews,
administered tests, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in
recruiting database.
• Manage candidate generation; such as initial phone screen,
interviewing, scheduling, references and background screening, drug testing,
and presenting offers to the candidates.
• Monitor daily tracing of placements and job boards.• Creating job descriptions.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of
need.
• Researching and recommending new sources for active and
passive candidate recruiting.
• Building networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Develop and conduct effective recruitment strategies to
find qualified candidates from entry level to management level positions.
• Leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan
for each open position.
• Prepare communication for client meetings as well as
conducting presentations
• Develop solid relationships with clients.
