Profile Description

Almost everyone who knew me says that I am like a "Jack of All Trade". This is not to brag but just to share what are the crafts that kept me occupied in my professional life, and yes I've enjoyed it and I loved every role that was given to me! 

To start with, I am a Licensed Chemical Technician. Yes, all those chemical analyses in the laboratory, the fumes, and "magical" reactions, I've been there. I loved to prepare and standardize chemical solutions, carry out experiments, complete reports, and check the inventory in the lab.    

Though it was exciting to work with fragile glassware in a mighty labcoat, I followed my instinct to further improve my social and communications skills. So, I jumped from the lab to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. I learned how to handle calls, empathize with the clients, be effective in probing for the issue, and swiftly execute resolution. I've also mastered the sales and the telemarketing niche with the help of my previous coaches and team leaders. With dedication and excellent work ethic, I was awarded the Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Champion, Quality Call Score Achiever, and Top Agent of the Year by my previous employers!  

Then, the pandemic wreaked havoc in 2020 which encouraged me to look for home-based jobs. I worked as a Freelance Content Writer, E-commerce Blog Writer, Transcriptionist, and Translator.  I have learned the basics of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to increase site traffic. I've also applied my passion for writing to create compelling product Upgrade to see actual info Transcription and Translation, I was trained to be eagle-eyed to produce contents that are error-free and strictly follows the guidelines in formatting and style.

Now, I am looking for a  stable remote job where I can showcase all my skills for a full-time role. Let's work together and achieve great things together!  :)
