My role also involves graphic design inine workflows and ensure seamless communication. 

I have two years of experience working as a Property Manager in a local Property Management company and am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of one or more properties on behalf of the property owner. Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or occupants.

When the pandemic came, I started my VA career and worked for an Australian entrepreneur in Brisbane. My primary responsibility is to ensure that the day-to-day operation of the business is running smoothly and efficiently. I am responsible for Canva and video editing to be posted on different social media platforms. Also, I am responsible for booking flights and arranging the travel schedule of my client. 

The most recent position I handled was being a Maintenance Coordinator, I am responsible for calling contractors for repairs and maintenance, setting as the middleman to connect vendors to tenants/owners. (AppFolio and Buildium). Monitor expenses related to maintenance activities, seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Taking inbound and outbound calls using DialPad. Regularly assess vendor performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
