Profile Description

Being a Social Media Specialist, Creative Control and also a Business Head for 4 years, I know not only how to jumpstart a business but also how to run one with extensive mileage. This is achieved via SMART planning, consistent online presence or a loud but sincere BRAND voice and identity, and a whole lot of hard work.

These are imperative points relating to my capabilities as a business lead:

- Spearheading conception to completion of start-up businesses and developing creative direction for existing businesses to generate marketable traction

- Initiate Research and Development to pinpoint target market, and to create short and long term market forecasts for potential consumers via benchmarking of internal and external sources

- Facilitate growth of customer engagement and brand recognition via the use of trends and techniques across multimedia platforms

- Reinforcement of social media presence by scheduled advertisement or planned publishing to create online discussion and organic media activity, hence increasing brand over-all performance

- Establish regular market data recollection, analysis and interpretation to further boost revenue and reach, and to heighten Customer Aftercare of a brand

- Design project solution plan based on existing loopholes and possible opportunities where resolution is required

Apart from these broader but vital points, creation of multimedia content mainly for YouTube and FaceBook is one of my specialization, as I also handle my own YouTube channel and multiple brand pages on FaceBook and Instagram.
