English is my first language because I was born and raised in California.

This encompasses the "General VA" skills where I can be very versatile and act as a member of different "departments". Also includes appointment setting / calendar management, travel planning, and email management!

Includes keyword research skill for SEO!

I've done this through email support and Zendesk before, but I can easily adjust to what you use.

This is one of my favorite niches. I have set up and managed listings for Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy. This includes product research, product sourcing, supplier negotiations, keyword research, copywriting, and more elements of online selling. I also know how to use tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.

3 stars not because I don't do well, but because there's more for me to learn and I've only recently been tasked to do anything revolving CRM. I'm confident I can grow into it further.

I've done blog writing as well as putting together a training manual. I've used Ahrefs to search for relevant keywords.

Aside from how I've helped clients, I am dipping my toe in content creation for my own pages and from time to time do get to work with brands to feature their products (just a side hustle done on weekends!) I mainly do short form video content creation, but I'd be happy to do longer videos if given sufficient time to adjust to an editing timeline. I have experience using Capcut, iMovie, Kapwing, and the built-in Tiktok editor.

I rate myself at 3 stars because there's always more for me to learn and it hasn't been my main role at previous positions, but this is an area I really want to explore until I become an expert. I'm confident I am capable should you need me to do this as a main responsibility. I've done some social media management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube

This applies to Trello as well. I have more to learn in terms of maximizing automation tools available on the platforms, but I'm quite resourceful in searching how to set them up easily.

3 stars not because I cannot do it well, but because it's a smaller responsibility in the roles I've done so far.

I still have a lot to explore in this area in terms of creativity, but the basic navigation was never difficult for me to grasp. I've used Wordpress, Thrive, and Squarespace so far. Would be happy to use another tool that you have in your operations.

This is a skill that I will always want to grow as the times and trends change, that's why I keep it at 3 stars.

For around this collective amount of time, I've done roles in which I would be asked to check resumes for relevant intern candidates, and I would even be asked to do a first round of interviews and filter the best candidates for my clients to do final interviews with.
