I'm a customer service professional with 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Receptionist and was promoted as Assistant Front Desk Manager. I have virtually and physically assisted a variety of clients From answering inquiries, making their reservations, booking excursions, issuing invoices, collecting payments, and assisting their needs to provide a unique guest experience. I also have over a year of experience as Amazon Product Researcher and have sound knowledge in finding products from online supplier websites that could be sold through Amazon using various criteria such as profit, sales rank, and return on Upgrade to see actual infoed applications such as Revseller and Keepa to analyze the profit performance of products and evaluate profitability trends.  I also used to work as Tech Specialist - English Audio Transcriptionist. I transcribe recorded audio from phone-based interactions using proprietary transcription tools in accordance with company standards. I like learning new things and demonstrating strong adaptability skills. I value the quality of work over anything else. I'm good at performing accurate web research and managing emails. I am pretty much flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. My goal is to bring the finest form of customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality service on every project I am working on. All in all, I give my 100% when it comes to my work and try to fulfill the job requirements with my best effort.
