I can do multitasking, I was trained to work that requires such talent by handling and to manage customers whenever they need help. At first, I was trained in various competitive BPO industry in the Philippines for basic american-english or neutral accent to understand the foreign culture specifically the american customers and to bridge better communication. Then, I worked for one of the biggest travel agency online, which is Expedia.com (certification will be sent as requested), we do booking, changing, cancelling the reservations as the customer desires. We do travel arrangement, and all of these are by phone. Only often by emails. Secondly, I worked also for the account of Comcast (certification will be sent as requested), particularly, the Self-Activation Kit program of Comcast. We activate the internet, phone and cable boxes of the customers by chat and phone also. We email them if there's any update from Comcast. We assist also those people who would wanted to set up their wireless connection. And above all, I wanted to do, such as, sending and responding to emails, arranging files, updating and assisting customers/clients.
