Shortly after graduating, I was hired as a project based Senior Recruiter for a US based company. I was responsible for contacting interested applicants, and sometimes had to source my own candidates and schedule them for an interview.
As part of being a Senior Recruiter, I had to screen resumes and assess applicants during an interview to determine whether they were qualified for the position. Because there are constant changes with the recruitment forecast, I also had to keep a close contact with the onshore team
for the changes in the process. I also had to maintain a constant communication with the applicants to assist them with all their queries such as,
the progress with their application, completion of their requirements, etc.
Working in this field also required to hit targets especially with the number of hires that needed for a certain season or month.
