Profile Description

My mission is to help my clients with their daily administrative tasks and schedules. I also provide administrative support to companies remotely by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.

Instead of them going into the office every day, I myself complete their responsibilities remotely at my home or even in another location as long as I have my laptop and internet access. In this role, I am in charge of handling the small details so that my clients can focus on their large company goals. I may communicate with my clients on multiple channels, such as email, video messaging, instant messaging, and phone calls. 
My other responsibilities include organizing my client's files, answering emails, arranging meetings and travel plans, and helping to create presentation materials.
