Customer Service, Copywriting
I have not been a virtual assistant but I have been an office assistant for about eight months. I was assigned to draft office correspondence, book tickets for my employer, coordinate with other offices if needed, prepare documents he needed, schedule his meetings/committee hearings, send invitations and prepare for the same.
I have an experience in copywriting and I have also worked as a call center agent.
I have worked as marketing services copywriter for a US-based publishing company here in the Philippines. I prepared compelling marketing content for books, including, but not limited to email marketing campaigns, press releases, web content (catchy introduction, about the book, about the author), 100-word book ads, 10-word ads/taglines. In addition, my exposure in the legal field have likewise trained me to write articles on legal topics, as well as preliminary investigation reports, formal investigation reports, pleadings in cases, memoranda (based on laws/executive orders), etc.
I have been a Sales Representative for Sprint before when I worked in a call center company in the Philippines. I have no experience in the other areas enumerated above but I am interested and willing to be trained, should there be an opportunity.
I am currently in the legal field. I have worked as legal officer in an institution for more than two years. I helped draft local policies based on existing laws, I helped interpret laws and implement them. I handled administrative cases, wrote pleadings, evaluated complaints and coordinated with higher offices with regard to cases filed. I also traveled to conduct investigations, prepare reports, schedule hearings for administrative cases, attend hearings, etc. Currently I am connected with an institution for property registration for almost 3 years
