I am working in a Bpo for quite some time now, I can say this is one of the toughest jobs I have ever encountered.
You have to deal with different people with different temperaments and quirks, others might mock you and call you hurtful names but you have to be professional at any circumstances. This job is very challenging because you need to make sure that at the end of every call your costumers should feel that you did your best and extended your help even if it's out of your duties and responsibilities.
