Profile Description

I've worked three jobs in different companies in the past.
My most recent was as a customer service agent for iflix, a video-streaming company. I was tasked with handling various customer enquiries and technical app support through email and iflix's social media platforms.
I also worked for Shell Business Operations Manila under Shell Aviation, handling first line end-to-end customer enquiries. I was able to experience the use of SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook as my main tools in providing customer service assistance.
My first job was as a Uniqlo Manager Candidate for Fast Retailing. I worked as a supervisor under store operations, leading a team of store associates with the goal of achieving sales targets while keeping in mind that the customer’s perspective is the top priority. Basic reporting tools were also used such as Excel, as well as the company's in-house software.
