I've been in the customer service line of business
for more than 5 years. I've handled different call types in different call settings. I also worked as a real estate virtual assistant for 2 years where in I do cold calling using cash buyer script and also setting up appointments . I also worked as a lead generation specialist and do skip tracing as well. I have excellent communication skills, I am resourceful and independent. I have the ability to multi task and I pay attention to details. I am a fast learner and I am very eager to learn new things that would help me to become more efficient and effective employee.
