Documentation skills - One of the most crucial skills that one can have being in this position. Accuracy in documentation is key specially when gathering and providing information from patients to agencies, from patients to clinicians or to all three.
Analyzing information - To make a sound analysis based on information, the Pre-Admit Case Manager is responsible in validating the information that was given.
