At my present work, I was equipped with HR functions since I was assigned under Human Resources Department for 8 months. Currently, I am working under Legal and Compliance Department wherein I continuously coordinate with other departments to monitor their updates and progress regarding company implementations. As a member of Legal and Compliance Department, I also consistently communicate with our Regional and Global headquarters to give and receive updates regarding requirements for implementations. I make documentation and reports which were submitted to our manager and sometimes to our regional head. I am also part of arranging and conducting compliance training for our employees. Furthermore, I also review our internal company compliance policies to verify it is aligned with our Regional policies.

English language is the second language used in the Philippines. I studied in US for one semester as part of my undergraduate exchange program. I wrote my thesis using the english language. At my current job, we communicate with our Japanese executives through english language. We also have consistent email communication with our Regional Office (Japan) and Global Headquarters (US) which English is the language being used.
I used to have a blog back in my highschool days using wordpress and tumblr. We were taught to proofread our works back in college. And I am currently making content writing in my online business account.
