I started as a consultant to customers in regards to understanding their bill, services and gave them other options to lessen the cost of what they're paying to what suits their needs. Then I worked as a collection specialist which gives ample time for customer to pay their bills and assist them all the possible way we can. Currently, as team leader, I make sure all tasks are done, loops are closed and customers are taken care of. I don't take work lightly, I thrive to give my best by showing up on time, performing at my best and enjoying to be of help.
