As a healthcare associate, I take in calls from the providers (doctors, nurses, hospital staffs, etc) to help them submit an authorization request for the services or procedures that our members need. I also assist them redirect their other concerns to appropriate departments (like filing a claim, checking member's eligibility or benefits, etc) to give them Perfect Service. I am also currently working as a Technical Support in Vizio. Assisting customers to troubleshoot their TVs and soundbars is what I do in Vizio. I also do Warranty Validation and setting up service request if troubleshooting did not resolve the issue.
