Profile Description

Bookkeeping and Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax returns of different entities(Individuals, Partnership, Company, Trust, Super Fund, etc.)
1.Coordinate with Australian accountant on the documents/information needed for the periodic closing.
2.Prepare and finalize the recorded entries.
3.Prepare financial reports and reconciliations.
4.Submit to Australian accountant the approved financial reports and address any clarifications.
5.Coordinate with Australian external auditors for their requirements in the annual audit of the client’s financial statements.
Statutory Reporting
1.Prepare annual income tax return for companies, trusts, super funds, individuals, etc.
2.Prepare monthly IAS and quarterly BAS.
3.Prepare annual FBT return.
Payroll Processing
1.Collate annual leave & sick leave certificate.
2.Calculate net pay of the employees for every pay run.
3.Record payroll entry in the payroll system.
4.Reconcile annual & sick leave totals.
5. Prepare and lodge payment summaries or STP.
