I am currently working as Case Manager for an Energy Company where I am handling high valued sites or property with Electricity, Hot Water and or Gas Supplied by our company. My main goal is to increase revenue by conducting thorough investigation on sites with unknown customer to find business or person responsible for the said property. Contacted leads via phone, email or SMS and build good relationship with them until case is resolved.

Before that, I am a Shopify business expert for a year where I help merchants resolve issues and concern through research and increase their online sales conversion. Below are my task and skills I gained through experience.

* Resolved different concerns about web design, building a Shopify Store from scratch, adding and organizing products, use of app to add additional features on the website & import product listing to marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay.
* Educated merchants about building Dropshipping Business and provided knowledge about Dropshipping apps like Oberlo.
* Provided assistance in setting up Social media business accounts like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Snapchat.
* Increased merchant satisfaction by resolving their concern about Shopify store through in depth analysis on their website and conducting thorough research.
* Worked with Start ups and Shopify Plus merchants to understand needs and provide advance experience on the website.
* Handled 10 - 20 Interactions (call, chat & email) per 15 - 30 minutes to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Aside from supporting Shopify Merchants, I also have experience in Customer service from Telecommunication Company in US and Canada for a year. Below are my tasks and skills.

* Assessing customer's needs and offers the best telecommunication service like cellphone, internet, phone service & premium channels.
* Increased customer satisfaction by resolving phone service or internet issues by basic troubleshooting steps.
* Handled 25 - 40 calls per day about sales, technical and billing concerns to address customer inquiries and concerns.

In college I took B.S in Accountancy for 3 years. I studied online courses related to Accounting and Bookkeeping to learn more. Below are my skills.

is composed of balance sheet, income statement and cash
