Profile Description

I am a copywriter/content writer with an obsession with an accurate and convincing copy. I have more than a year of total work experience as a writer since 2020. With excellent customer service experience under the domain of the two biggest global e-commerce, Amazon and Alibaba, 5 years of technical background in the semiconductor industry, I have underlying qualities that are rarely found in a VA.

I was a Customer Service Specialist in Upgrade to see actual info Account under the department handling complaints and escalations with legal threats. I am not only handling Customer complaints but also providing quality assessments to CS Representatives on how they are handling Customer concerns.

Previous to that, I was trained and molded in Upgrade to see actual info as a Phone and Chat Support, from June 2019 to September 2020. I always have an "above expectation" rating for understandability from Customers and QAs.

I am also a self-taught graphic designer. I write with an aim to teach and inform, not just to be read. The goal is "utility" above all else, that is to help, educate, and convince people through words. This mindset is equally applied to my view of graphic design - to communicate information without visual barriers.
