Profile Description

I have been a customer representative for more than five years. I have two years of work experience in a call center as a customer service representative and more than three years of being a medical sales representative. Being in the business requires you to have a good communication skills, that includes negotiation, leadership, flexibility and problem solving. As a representative, we are also required to do reporting, sales presentation and basic Microsoft excel reports. I believe that my experiences, skills and knowledge had mold me to become an effective and reliable employee. Thank you.
