Profile Description

I have worked in the BPO industry for over 10
years now. I enjoyed talking & assisting customers with their inquiries and concern.
My first job was a Customer Service/Tech Support for an Antivirus company based in the US, I helped our customers with their account, technical and product inquiries.
My second job was a Customer Service rep for a Domain & Hosting company based in Australia. I assist customer register a domain name/renew it, manage their domain management, assist with hosting and help set up their email accounts.
My third job was a Customer Service Expert for a telecom company based in the US, I assist customer with their billing, account, phone upgrade, add a line and service inquiry and other concerns.
I also have an experienced with managing a fashion online shop based in UAE. I upload and update pictures and information using Magento platform. Prepare Sales report. Attend to incoming calls and email inquiries.
Prepare the order and receipt to be sent through courier.
