• full-cycle of the Recruitment process: sourcing, pre-screening, screening, interviewing, creating feedback, offering & hiring
•preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding a suitable applicant
•briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits
•organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client
•negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
•offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
• research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
•develop and execute recruiting plans
