? Prepare End of year compliance jobs
? Prepare Tax Returns for individuals, trust, partnership and company
? Complete required tax reporting in a timely manner
? Prepare and update tax provision schedules
? Research the basis for tax positions to be taken
? Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work
? Identify tax savings in prospective acquisition scenarios
? Research and correct process errors that caused incorrect tax filings
? Handled AU Payroll and Leaves
? Handled Monthly Commissions Report
? Handled Accounts Payable.
? Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, staff reimbursement etc.
? Processing of travel allowance, International transfers and inter-entity top up.
? Accomplish transactions of credit cards, load & go cards and UBER at the 1st day of the succeeding month and file in respective folders
? Maintaining and filing of invoices and payment files
? Assist and help with month end closing (Inter entity transactions, reconciling etc)
? Weekly report of Aged Receivables and Payables.
? Daily monitoring, recording and reconciling of debtors receivables and fees management.
? Manages emails
? Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions of finance entities in XERO.
